One of the sweetest pieces of being a part of the wedding industry is seeing amazing dessert creations come to life. Desserts aren’t just desserts. Cakes aren’t just cakes. In wedding world, they are full-blown creations. Designed by the best bakers in town and surrounded by some of the most gorgeous florals we have ever seen, they’re almost too pretty to eat!
We’re so excited to share that this Parisian inspired cake designed by Ruze Cake House, accented by a floral wreath and fresh blooms from Carte Blanche was featured as one of the 10 Floral Cakes for Spring on the Cake Blog!
Every year, we love being part of the I Do Experience at one of our favorite local venues, El Chorro. The I Do Experience brings together some of the most talented wedding professionals in town for a luxury wedding open house. It gives brides an opportunity to sip champagne while becoming familiar with the world of decadent centerpieces, extravagant florals, and of course, delicious desserts! Including El Chorro’s famous sticky buns. If you haven’t tried this caramel gooey goodness, you are really missing out!
This year, we were positioned right between the cake table and the gelato cart! It was like dessert heaven. Literally. We envision heaven to be filled with cakes like this one.
When a bride plans her wedding day, isn’t it amazing how every little detail – the cakes, the flowers, the centerpieces – all come together to form the biggest, most important day of her life? These individual pieces become a collective masterpiece that each and every bride and groom will remember and treasure for the rest of their lives. We have the opportunity to capture each and every memory, from start to finish, for each of our couples to re-live every time they look at their photos. And we couldn’t be more honored.
