You know those wedding venues where you walk onto the property, take a deep breath in and just soak in all the pretty? Mmmm! That is the feeling we get every time we set foot at El Chorro, one of our absolute favorite venues in town. The El Chorro team led by our sweet friend Lindsey Rendon makes everyone feel so loved and welcome, that we find ourselves making excuses just to go and visit! One of the things we love most about shooting weddings at El Chorro is it’s one of those venues that brides can really take and make their own. It’s such a beautiful canvas to foster every bride’s vision, so each wedding there is so unique and so much fun to photograph.
Oh, and, the sticky buns.

You haven’t LIVED until you’ve had an El Chorro sticky bun!!
We’re actually shooting a wedding there tomorrow, so tonight, instead of visions of sugar plums and fairies dancing in our heads, it will just be sticky buns. Lots and lots of sticky buns.
Needless to say, we are beyond excited to be a part of El Chorro’s I Do Experience again this year because it’s such a fun experience for brides-to-be. It’s the anti-bridal show! The I Do Experience is the only event like this we do all year because we believe it serves brides in the best kind of way. Brides get to bring their honey, sip champagne, get completely inspired and see what a wedding experience at El Chorro is all about. The spaces will be transformed with loads of gorgeous inspiration for 2015 & 2016 brides, and we are so honored to be among the incredible industry professionals who were hand-selected for this event. If you are newly engaged (or suspect you might be by January!) this is seriously a can’t-miss-day! So mark your calendars for Saturday, January 10th at 10:30am, and then shoot an email over to sheila@elchorro.com to RSVP. It’s a completely free event, but they want a good head count (hopefully to have enough sticky buns!!) We’ll be shooting a wedding on the 10th as well, so we may have to leave before the official end time, so the earlier in the day you come, the better! We would absolutely LOVE for you to come see us there!
