I love when I get to work with an amazing family who is up for just about anything during our time together. The Kirbergs were definitely that family. Picking fruit? Check. Tickle fights and grass stains? Check. Chasing a hot air ballon? Check. YES. You read right. A hot air balloon! Oh my, I almost died when all of a sudden, right where we were shooting, a hot air balloon crew started setting up about fifty feet from us. I thought I had died and gone to photographer heaven. We all ran like wild banshees to take advantage of some truly one of a kind shots. Amy and Tom, it was truly a blast spending the afternoon with you and your incredible kids. We loved every single minute of it. Your fun-loving, kind-hearted family is a breath of fresh air, and I can’t wait another minute to share some of my favorite images from the day!
